This home is everything advertised and more. Beautiful views combined with a luxurious home is a winning combination. Everything from the first contact was easy. Check in was so smooth and everything you need is provided. From the fully stocked coffee bar to toys in the beautiful pool, this host has thought of everything. The home decorated beautifully, and the location is close enough to Pigeon Forge to easily access all the fun, yet just far enough out to avoid all the traffic. Would 10 out of 10 recommend renting this home as your base for Smoky Mountain fun.

I can’t recommend this property enough! From start to finish our stay, and experience, was fantastic! Ferry was very communicative and quick to respond. This home is STUNNING! The main living area is large and inviting, with beautiful decor, new and top of the line appliances and everything you’d expect and need out of a kitchen. Both bedrooms feel like main suites, one on the top level and one on the bottom, each with extremely comfortable beds and clean and updated bathrooms and showers. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed our morning coffee on both the bottom and top balconies. The pool and hot tub were wonderful for our family, despite a small hiccup with the pool, but Ferry was very helpful in a timely manner. The nearby town was quaint with little shops and restaurants that we easily could’ve enjoyed for days, and Gatlinburg is a short drive up the road. We will ABSOLUTELY be back and would recommend this home to anyone who’s really looking to soak up the views and relax like they’re in an upscale Pottery Barn model home. Book it now! You won’t regret it.

Ferry is a great host! He is very responsive and truly cares about his guests. The cabin is beautifully decorated, cozy, and felt just like home. The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking, and the pool is a wonderful bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this cabin again!

Overall this was an excellent home and location. Pool access/proximity was excellent. Proximity to the boardwalks and beach were also excellent. Unfortunately, this stretch of beach had quite a bit of trash at entrances and along the shore. Rather sad site, but to no fault of the personal owner of this home. We greatly appreciated the small things: coffee bar and supplies, actual hand soap in all bathrooms, enough toilet paper and trash bags for the stay. Towels were plentiful. My only suggestion would be updating the furniture in the living room/area: uncomfortable and appeared worn, holes in decorative pillows. Rugs need replacing, as the one in this room was curled at the corner, causing a few of us to trip a couple of times each. Also, the master bed was interesting. Almost felt as though the mattress topper was an inflatable/air mattress.

The location, house and host could not have been better!

Overall, it was a great stay . The location and proximity to the beach was great. The amenities were great, except no gas grill, which is needed. House was open and clean. No issues with the stay and the communication with the host was great!!
